- Description: The 6th annual Head for the Hills Bicycle Ride is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Washington County. For details and registration information visit The Rotary Club of Washington County Website.
- April 10 & 11, 2010: Bluebonnet Festival
- Location: Main Street, Chappell Hill, Tx, 77426
- When: Saturday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Sunday, 12:00 - 5:00 p.m.
- Description: The "Official Bluebonnet Festival of Texas" features live music and entertainment, home-style food and refreshments, tours of historic buildings around the community, craftsmen, artists, vendors, and fun activities for the kids including face painting, pony rides, and a petting zoo. And don't forget the bluebonnets and plenty of other wild flowers! Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and light, cool clothing. Parking is $5.00, Admission is free.
- July 3, 2010: Independence Day Parade
- The Chappell Hill Independence Day Parade is held at
10:00 a.m. on Main St.
The parade is sponsored by the Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce
and features the famous Marching Kazoo Band Visit The Chappell Hill Historical Society for more details.
- October 9 & 10, 2010: Scarecrow Festival
- The Festivals are hosted by the Chappell Hill Historical Society, a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to the preservation of the community's history and historic buildings.

The Society's goal is to stage a high-quality, fun show in the downtown, National Historic District. Our town is located among some of the most scenic areas of Washington County and boasts friendly people and a casual lifestyle.

- December 11 & 12, 2010: Holiday Home Tour and Teddy Bear Parade
- Holiday Home Tour: Tour beautifully decorated country homes, historic churches and restored historic buildings of Chappell Hill. Advance tickets are $15, and may be purchased at the Chappell Hill Museum or by calling 979-836-6033. Tickets at the door are $18, and may be purchased at the Rock Store or the tour houses.
- Teddy Bear Parade: Children are invited to bring their favorite teddy bear, dressed in festive holiday finery or decorations and march in the Chappell Hill Teddy Bear Parade. Rudolph helps hand out prizes in several catagories. Mrs. Clause has story-time while children patiently wait for Santa's arrival.
The Teddy Bear Parade, sponsored by the Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce, begins at 3:00 at the Visitor's Center on Main St.
